This retreat is for herbalists and remedy makers who make their own products - not resellers - and who want to build something values-led and financially sustainable.

This will be a working day. I’ll provide the tools & materials, and you’ll bring the numbers or plans relevant to your stage of business. If you’re at the beginning, you can bring your business plan, ideas, or early foundations. If you’re more established, you should bring all your figures and we’ll work from there. 

Together, we’ll look at what it really takes to grow a land-based remedies business without discounting your work, diluting your values, or endlessly guessing what to do next. 

We’ll cover:

• radical self-honesty about what is and isn’t working
